They offer fast and friendly service with a smile. This is a nice mom-and-pop place where they know you by name, not just a number. Brian is very helpful and will go out of his way to ensure that you are taken care of. I've been with Brian for several years, and he’s always made sure my medications are ready on time and correctly. He ensured that I got my medications and even ordered more just in case. Brian left his job as a pharmacy manager at a big chain pharmacy because he believed in helping people face-to-face, providing more than just another medication filled on the computer but personalized care. If you are looking for a nice pharmacy that takes pride in taking care of its customers, this is the place. I encourage you to check them out. Update: Following the hurricane, which shut everything down, they had no power, so Brian went into his own pocket to buy a generator. He wanted to make sure that the people who needed their medications got them. As I rode around Easley, I noticed that most of the big chain pharmacies were still closed. Only a person who truly cares about his customers would do that. Brian and his staff are truly friendly and care about their customers. In my opinion, this is the best pharmacy in Easley. I wouldn't hesitate to trust Brian with any of my medications. If my refills run out, he contacts the doctor for you so you don't have to go through the trouble. They also have a drive-through if you are in a hurry, and a delivery service if needed. It’s the best all-around and offers more than you can ask for.

Brian and the team at True Pharmacy run the best pharmacy I've ever been to, hands down. At the big chains, too often I found myself having to call days in advance to make sure they had the inventory to fill my Rx. More often than not they didn't, and then when they'd get more inventory they would forget to fill mine. This necessitated more phone calls and reminders until eventually I just accepted the fact that every month I was going to have to go 4-7 days without meds. Ever since I switched to True Pharmacy, Brian has filled my Rx exactly on time month after month without my having to make a single phone call. I no longer have to spend days every month trying to get my Rx filled. It's a huge weight off my shoulders, and for that I'm grateful to Brian and the team at True Pharmacy.

Brian has been our pharmacist for the last at least 23 years the 24 he has helped take care of my daughter and I we are both disabled Brian is truly the best pharmacist in Easley ,South Carolina. I recommend him to everyone. He truly goes the extra mile. we appreciate everything he has done for us. Thank you Brian

Great people and make the process easy like it should be. I’ve had mental illness my entire life in places like CVS and Walgreens are very mean and care less about time Or you as an individual. I’ve been only using you guys for about a month and I can communicate with the person using text. It’s pretty unbelievable simple but means the world to me. Thank you for the little things that mean a lot for the people that struggle. It used to cause me extreme anxiety every month, trying to get my medicine filled, and they have relieved that completely.

My husband was on his way from Greenville to pick up my prescription and his arrival time to the pharmacy was delayed due to traffic. The pharmacist graciously stayed open until 6:10PM so my husband could get there to pick up my prescription. We were so impressed with this pharmacy’s willingness to help and be so kind to us.

This pharmacy has been amazing! I have used them for a couple years now and am pleased with their quick and accurate service. They even offer very affordable shipping to those not able to come to the store directly!
